At MnB Wear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Without receipt the product will not be exchanged or return if bought from any outlet.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Undergarments and innerwear.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items bought on final sale/clearance.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
4. Exchanges
- You may request an exchange for size, color, or another item (subject to availability).
- If the requested item is unavailable, the amount will not be refund. Enquire availability before proceeding with exchange.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If a product is found faulty/damaged on arrival, MnB Wear will cover return shipping charges.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
7. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
