1. Returns
  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Without receipt the product will not be exchanged or return if bought from any outlet.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments and innerwear.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items bought on final sale/clearance.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
3. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
4. Exchanges
  • You may request an exchange for size, color, or another item (subject to availability).
  • If the requested item is unavailable, the amount will not be refund. Enquire availability before proceeding with exchange.
5. Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If a product is found faulty/damaged on arrival, MnB Wear will cover return shipping charges.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
7. Cancellations
  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
